Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026. This launch draft is provided for transparency and should be reviewed before broad public launch.

1. What Murray is

Murray is an AI-supported business advisory product for founder-led companies and owner-operated SMBs. It helps you think through business questions, remember context, review documents, and identify useful next steps.

2. What Murray is not

Murray is not a law firm, accountancy practice, tax adviser, financial adviser, medical adviser, or regulated professional service. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You should only upload information you have the right to use and share with Murray.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, documents, messages, and other content you provide. You grant Murray the limited rights needed to operate the service, process your inputs, generate outputs, store memory, and improve your workspace experience.

5. AI outputs

Murray uses third-party AI systems and other software providers. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. Murray does not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for a particular business decision.

6. Payment and subscriptions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing terms will be shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at the end of the current billing period once self-serve billing is live.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Murray for unlawful activity, harmful content, attempts to bypass security, reverse engineering, prompt extraction, infringement of others' rights, or uploading data you are not permitted to process.

8. Availability

Murray may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murray is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Murray is not liable for business losses arising from reliance on AI outputs or unavailable service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
